Take a Trip Down Memory Lane
Mike was recently talking to one of our clients who remarked, 'It sure would be neat if there was a way to see our website from years ago.' Well, you can. A great tool for looking at old web pages is the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine,
web.archive.org.
The service allows you to browse through 55 billion web pages archived from 1996 to about April 2005. You can search for almost any website you can think of. Take a look for your company's website, or try one of these searches, and visit a page from 1999 or earlier. Then compare them to the current site, and be amazed or amused at the changes.
